Norristown, PA – Montgomery County OIC in Norristown will put together and distribute Easter meals to families on Thursday, April 9th at 4:00 PM to the first 200 families. This is the 3rd week OIC has distributed free produce and meals to the community in response to the community impact of COVID-19. “Montgomery County OIC doors may remain closed as a result of the Governor’s order, however, OIC remains open to serve our families and the community,” said Denise Ashe, CEO of Montgomery County OIC.

OIC families in need of a free meal must arrive to the building located at 1101 Arch Street beginning at 4:00 PM and form a line on the Spruce Street side of the building. There will be cones to guide families to practice social distancing. Individuals who can not abide by social distancing practices or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 will be immediately asked to leave to avoid possible exposure to the virus.

Montgomery County OIC will continue to distribute meals weekly to families once a week, until further notice. For more information or ways to help, please call 610-279-9700.
