Welcome to the Montgomery County OIC – Xtreme Summer Camp S.T.E.A.M Program for the year 2024! Below, you’ll find the registration form for the Camp Xtreme Summer Enrichment Program. Please download the form, fill it out completely, and submit it along with any required documents to enroll your child in the Program.
Please ensure all necessary forms are completed and submitted to Montgomery County OIC for your child’s participation in the Camp Xtreme Summer Enrichment Program.
After completing the application, you can either drop it off in person, or email it to info@montcooic.org.
Payments:
- A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due upon submission of your child’s application. Your child may not start without this deposit.
- Weekly payments are accepted every Friday for the upcoming week. The weekly payment amount is $275, which includes all trips and activities. Payments must be made via Procare or in person. Along with the application, two weeks of payment are required.
- State subsidies are available for qualifying parents. Please contact Child Care Information Services (CCIS) for more details on qualification. They are accepting applications daily.
- Accepted payment methods include money orders, cash, checks, and automatic electronic billing.
